Manager, IT Operations - Hosting Network & Security - CDNE
Team: Custom Design Network Engineering (CDNE) provides engineering level resources to engage in delivering custom network solutions for Enterprise customers.
This position will lead an advanced technical services group that provides complex, non-standard network solutions to CTL clients. Engage with the Solutions Center to ensure design and supportability are built into custom client solutions and provide end to end delivery. The team is responsible for the whole lifecycle of projects and ongoing support handover to the Follow the Sun support team (HNS & TSE). Manage the team and ensure flawless execution of all change management activities, provide escalation support for all custom solutions.
