We have an immediate opening for a Sales & Marketing Account Representative for Century Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identifies needs of clients and potential clients in order to plan solutions for presentations to the clients to consummate orders, contracts and agreements
  • Obtains client job/project specifications in detail and closes sales based upon targeted gross profit guidelines
  • Maintains client relations and educates himself/herself in all phases of the client's business to develop additional contacts to assure continued sales growth.
  • Assist the client by offering creative ideas on design, program management, and project management in order to provide the client with the total solution. Help to position CMS as the marketing partner for clients. 

Job Duties: 

  • Works with clients and potential clients daily as the primary contact for information, projects and orders.
  • Works with the client as a problem solver, gathering information and looking for ways to manage a project or order more efficiently.
  • After receiving the job compares it with the estimate and enters the job through customer service or the computer system.  Plans and organizes job with customer service.
  • Keeps accurate records on all contacts and client contacts to give accurate sales  activity reports
  • Works with clients on planning future programs, projects and marketing plans
  • Attends scheduled sales meeting and participates in training and seminars
  • Attends industry association conferences to grow potential client base
  • Develop qualified leads to present CMA capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • College degree. Technical and vocational skills in Marketing services helpful. . 
  • Ability to identify and meet customer's needs and requirements. Good verbal and writing skills
  • Five to seven years sales experience. 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills Education and Experience which would enhance the incumbents success in the job:  

  • Computer skills-email, Word, Excel, Power Point, CRC 
  • Good knowledge of basic math is necessary 
  • Knowing the overall production process, steps necessary to complete an order. 
  • Sales experience and good presentation skills 
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads 
  • Experience in growing revenue and client base
