We are in the process of filling open positions for the combined company following CenturyLink's acquisition of Level 3 Communications. All qualified candidates who express interest by submitting an application to an open posting will be considered. The Manager is a member of the CenturyLink Investment Management (CIM) Asset Allocation/401(k) Team. This Team is responsible for the analysis of the strategic asset allocations for the CenturyLink employee benefit trusts and the design, management and analysis of the 401(k) investment program offered to participants. This position works closely with the Director with a primary focus on the 401(k) investment program.
Specific responsibilities include:
The Manager may utilize complex models to evaluate existing strategies and investment options as well as potential new asset class strategies. The Manager is expected to stay abreast of 401(k) industry developments and best practices and be informed of long term asset class expectations and current market and economic conditions. This can be accomplished by reviewing industry research from various sources and developing productive relationships with representatives from peer organizations, investment management firms and service providers.
