The Senior Lead Organizational Effectiveness Consultant serves as the HRBP account manager of all Talent Management functions. They will partner with the HRVP to designs, implements, facilitates, and evaluates talent solution to enable better Talent Management outcomes in the business segment. In addition this role will help identify training and development programs to improve the overall business talent strategies.
This role will partner with key HR business segment leaders to improve employee engagement and retention.
