Position Qualification

Position Summary
FELLOWSHIP PHYSICAL THERAPY opportunity for advanced interdisciplinary clinical and leadership training in the provision of pediatric physical therapy services for children and adolescents with developmental and related disabilities and their families is available for one year beginning July 1, 2025. Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, a member of the Association of University Centers on Disabilities, is offering an APTA approved pediatric residency and post-doctoral research associate position supported by LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) program sponsored by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. Applicants must have graduated from a CAPTE approved doctoral PT program and be eligible for licensure in Nebraska by June 30, 2025. Required Qualifications
Applicants must have graduated from a CAPTE approved doctoral PT program and be eligible for licensure in Nebraska by June 30, 2025. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or have a permanent resident visa. A graduate transcript and three letters of recommendation are required. Transcript and letters of recommendation to be combined as one document and uploaded as “other document”.
Supplemental Qualifications
Pediatric clinical affiliation during Physical Therapy school is required. Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
