Position Summary | This position assists in the creation of innovative simulation solutions and is a liaison for faculty and staff for the incorporation of simulation into their curriculum for the training of students, residents, and healthcare professionals. The position will provide operational support for faculty, staff, and other entities using iEXCEL for activities, and resources required for advanced human and clinical simulations state-wide. This includes providing technical and hands-on support for human and clinical simulation session preparation (standardized patients, simulation capture system, telehealth technology, venue, programming mannequin and scenarios, task trainers, etc.), scheduling standardized patients and equipment and support of the delivery training session. This position supports faculty and staff in the incorporation of assessment into training sessions and research activities focused on educational and clinical outcomes. This individual will also support faculty and staff presentations and publications by linking them to data captured from the simulation training sessions. |
