Position Summary	The position assists in the creation of innovative simulation solutions and is a liaison for faculty and staff for the incorporation of simulation into their curriculum for the training of students, residents and healthcare professionals. The position will provide operational support for faculty, staff and other entities using iEXCEL for activities, and resources required for clinical and surgical simulations. This includes providing technical and hands-on support for clinical and surgical simulation session preparation (human tissue, animal tissue, equipment, venue, programing mannequin and scenarios, simulation capture system etc.) and delivery. As part of the surgical simulation duties, this individual also helps proctor SAGES testing exams for both internal and external surgical and gyn residents. This position supports faculty and staff in the incorporation of assessment into training sessions and research activities focused on educational and clinical outcomes. This individual will also support faculty and staff presentations and publications by linking them to data captured from the simulation training sessions.
