Position Summary	Zone Facility Technician III will successfully complete Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders and Minor Renovations and to include the following trades: HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Temperature controls, Lighting and Electrical. Capable of performing and assisting with the diagnostic testing and analysis of systems referenced above and make repairs necessary for normal operation.

Required Education:	Associate's degree or equivalent

(NOTE: Concentration and minors are not equivalent to a major)	Facilities Management, related field or completion of an approved trade program in any of the following related trade programs: HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Lighting, Temperature Controls, Electrical. (Will consider four years related education/experience).
