Didactic and clinical instruction for undergraduate and postgraduate students in a variety of settings, including operating room environment.
DDS/DMD from an ADA accredited dental school. A foreign equivalent degree including successful completion of Part I & II of the National Dental Board Examination and a certificate or degree from an ADA accredited clinical, specialty program is acceptable.
Certificate or MS degree from CODA accredited post-graduate program in Pediatric Dentistry
