GENERAL REQUISITION INFORMATION

Vaccination Requirement	The University of Nebraska Medicine Center (UNMC) requires COVID-19 vaccinations for all students, staff, and faculty. All employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have requested and been approved for an exemption based on a recognized medical reason, a sincerely held religious belief, or a pre-approved, 100% remote work agreement. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers with no approved exemption who fail to comply with this policy will be separated.

Position Summary	Independently conduct tests and experiments related to tissue specimen preparation for immunohistology, genotyping and ELISA test; record and evaluate test results. Assist with the maintenance of protocols and slides libraries. Manage reagents order and evaluation of the new protocols. Umbilical cord blood obtaining and processing. Cell Culture. DNA/RNA isolation from tissues and cells, PCR from DNA and RNA isolated from cells and tissues.
