The successful candidate will join an advanced department of 8 Ph.D. physics faculty, (7 of whom are ABR-certified), 7 radiation oncologist faculty, and 6 certified medical dosimetrists, and will provide medical physics coverage under the guidance of the Director of Physics. The department has a CAMPEP accredited Medical Physics Residency program with two resident positions and the successful candidate will participate in teaching responsibilities in our residency program. Requirements include a Masterâ??s or doctoral degree in Medical Physics or related physics field, be ABR board certified (preferred) or board eligible in Therapeutic Radiation Oncology Physics, and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
