Description
Provide clinical care to patients in the area of acute care surgery which includes trauma, critical care, emergency general surgery - Participate in the teaching of students, residents, and other health professionals in the area of acute care surgery. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to providing appropriate learning experiences for both residents and students during surgical procedures, during outpatient clinic visits (both pre- and post-operative), and during routine care of inpatients on the service. - Participate in daily rounds (including teaching rounds), clinical conferences, and weekend and night call - Participate in research within the Division of General Surgery - Perform administrative duties and responsibilities as assignedOmaha, NE
