Job Skills / Requirements

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
  • Provide input to the Product Management team to achieve a prioritized list of needs for each product offering
  • Identify and share findings through recommendations to save money by streamlining business processes
  • Develop reports, dashboards and related documentation.
  • Perform content testing, including testing of new content for data warehouse, reports and dashboards as well as security settings and general functionality within the toolset.
  • Ability to express concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner to clients and fellow employees

    Knowledge and Skill:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science Engineering or related field preferred
  • 2+ years Data mining experience
  • 4+ years in a data analyst role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Ability to maintain own work flow and meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Ability and willingness to travel for up to 10% of work assignments.
  • Technically proficient with a range of software programs including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and relational databases.

    Education Requirements (Any)

    Bachelors Degree
    Some college or equivalent work experience
