Our Quality Control team is looking for people who are driven to solve problems and share ideas for improvement while utilizing technical skills.

The primary responsibilities include:

Accountable for operations and personnel that verify the integrity and fitness of components, and final products to ensure quality and meet customer expectations.
Work with supervisors to coach and mentor QC team members and guide performance management activities.
Directly supervise the daily activities of department supervisors.
Provide training and education on Quality Control topics to employees.
Position talent within the Quality Control department structure to optimize the value of employee contributions.
Direct efforts to improve Quality Control operations to compliment internal and external customers and support corporate goals.
Identify new methodologies for automating processes and reducing the opportunity for error.

Requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline with a minimum of 5 years related work experience required. MLT or CLA Degree is acceptable with a minimum of 7-10 years related work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience required.
Must have excellent planning, organizing, communicating, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to exhibit good judgment and have the ability to hire, train, develop and motivate personnel to accomplish departmental objectives.
Must demonstrate fundamental understanding of quality systems: FDA QSR, CMDR, and ISO.
