Summary of what you’ll be responsible for:

SilverStone Group is looking for an outstanding individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our Executive Benefits team as a Plan Administrator. The Plan Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, foster existing relationships, instill trust and provide solutions. You’re also responsible for the timely management and coordination of the design/redesign, implementation and administration of Executive Benefit Plans and the overall administration of plan financing (life insurance, disability insurance, mutual funds, etc.)

You should have experience working in the insurance industry or in an office environment. If you are adaptable, organized, drive for results and can easily build professional relationships, this opportunity could be the next step in your career.

The details of what you’ll handle:

  • Responsible for insurance administration including premium, values and reporting.
  • Responsible for legislative research/analysis (i.e., 409A, EITF, AALU)
  • Prepares specimen plan documents (amendments, restatements, Q&A)
  • Responsible for insurance enrollment/underwriting including new business and commissions reporting
  • Responsible for plan administration including statements and account liability
  • Manages client inquiries.
  • Provides assistance for other Plan Administrators.  
  • Responsible for compliance and PAR.

If you’re the right person for this opportunity, you will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in the life insurance industry preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job duties and responsibilities.
