We’re looking for an individual who enjoys working with a diverse group in a fast-paced environment to join our Communications and Marketing team as a First Impressions Coordinator. As a First Impressions Coordinator you will provide support in our lobby and for the marketing team which includes assisting with setup and breakdown for client and employee meetings.


This is a part-time position with a set schedule of 1:00pm – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.


The preferred candidate is a self-starter who is customer service focused with the ability to multi-task. We are looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. You’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse departments within the firm every day.


The details of what you’ll handle:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Providing excellent customer service by working with internal clients to understand the requirements and vision for their meeting/project.
  • Coordinating the tradeshow process.
  • Drafting press releases, Associate bios, as well as other copy.
  • Drafting and designing internal fliers for wellness programs, etc.
  • Inventory of company store including reordering and management of items.
  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing team on various projects.
  • Documenting production and editing utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and similar software.
  • Meeting all project deadlines.
  • Accommodating immediate requests, perform under short deadlines and coordinate multiple jobs.?
  • Executing assignments in a professional manner and with a confidential nature; requires ability to keep information confidential.


If you’re the right person for this opportunity, you will have: 

  • Three years of customer service and administrative experience.
  • Previous copywriting experience including excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, abbreviations, spacing and other general writing skills.?
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, journalism, writing is preferred.
