SilverStone Group is seeking a talented Recruiting Manager to join our growing team!

The Recruiting Manager will have the opportunity to develop and maintain programs that attract, motivate, reward and retain the best associates while meeting SilverStone Group’s goals and objectives, with specifically focus on recruitment, onboarding and communication.  The preferred candidate is a self-starter who can initiate projects and move them forward. We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and monitor an effective recruitment program including management of external applicant sources and the internal interviewing and assessment process.
  • Develop and administer recruitment budget including analysis to determine the effectiveness of the program.
  • Develop and administer employee onboarding to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives and integration to our team.
  • Evaluate job positions and create job descriptions including determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status. Review job descriptions with hiring Manager prior to posting to determine most desirable candidate attributes.   
  • Work with HRMS vendor to understand all available technology, determine how to most effectively utilize programs and train associates on process and procedures.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed specifically related to recruitment and onboarding and retention.
  • Creatively design companywide communication announcements and notifications.
  • Collaborate with management to define projects and identify course(s) of action.
  • Participate on committees and special projects to specifically include the Wellness Activity Group (WAG) committee.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years human resource experience with emphasis on recruitment and retention.
  • SHRM, HRCI or CCP certification preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job duties and responsibilities.
  • Experience working with ADP is a plus.
