Responsible for payroll functions related to Field Division Managers and Agents. Coordinates changes to the commission structure and prepares/updates commission schedules for inclusion in Manager and Agent contracts. Ensures that charges to commission rates are coded in commission system and that system is paying accurately. Finalizes Agent and Manager commission accounts and initiates collection action if necessary. Prepares and maintains report of Agent and Manager negative balances. Calculates and pays Division Manager bonuses. Investigates and handles any forgery allegations involving Agent and Division Manager pay.

Job Qualifications:

College education with emphasis in business administration including 6 hours of college level accounting (or equivalent training) preferred.
2 years commission compensation experience preferred to include knowledge of 1099 and W-2 reporting requirements.
Knowledge of Accounting and Compensation/HRIS policies and procedures.
Knowledge and ability to implement new commission structures.
Ability to coordinate multiple duties simultaneously.
Strong human relations skills to tactfully resolve delicate situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and knowledge sufficient to use Microsoft Excel, etc.
Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
Strong math skills.
