Manager, Talent Strategy

Physicians Mutual is seeking a talented Human Resources Professional who is passionate about recruiting and committed to leading a proactive talent strategy. The Talent Strategy Manager will connect organizational goals with attracting and retaining top talent; lead strategic efforts and manage the overall new hire and recruitment cycle. This leader would set the strategy for the execution of career programs, partner with the Human Resources team to revise recruitment and retention strategy and support other company programs as needed. As a Manager, this person will also lead initiatives for employee relations and development activities to foster an engaging workplace. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or closely related field is required.
  • Approximately 6 to 8 years of experience in recruitment and organizational development is required. 
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of Human Resources functions is strongly preferred.
  • Prior managerial experience is strongly preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR or related professional designation is strongly preferred.
