Physicians Mutual is hiring for a full-time Digital Marketing Strategist in our eCommerce Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading activities in support of eCommerce operations. Establishes and implements the testing strategy to maximize results from campaigns initiated in the organization. Provides guidance, coordinates work activities, and resolves problems with internal and external customers as needed. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Evaluate conversion points and optimize user funnels. Research emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriate.
