Description

As the Customer Compliance Clerk, you will be responsible for having a strong understanding of our customer's vendor compliance programs and ensuring that we execute operationally to meet the customer requirements.  

Essential Functions

  • Review customer vendor compliance program documents as new customers are onboarded.
  • Act as a liaison between Fulfillment Center Operations and the Mindware Wholesale Sales Team to ensure that everyone is aware of customer requirements and the impact to operations and order profitability.
  • Recommend and implement processes and procedures to ensure customer compliance.
  • Develops and generates necessary product and shipping labels needed for processing of orders.
  • Assists with labeling and fulfillment of orders
  • Keep Fulfillment Center Production Team apprised of upcoming ship windows to ensure on time processing and shipping.
  • Enter appropriate order data into customer's web portals.
  • Route customer orders to ensure that ship windows are met.
  • Audits and inspects all outgoing orders to ensure compliance with customer's vendor compliance programs.
  • Administration and maintenance of all customer files and records, and updating and tracking customer compliance priorities and researching compliance issues and chargebacks.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Abide by all policies and procedures of Oriental Trading Company

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • High School degree or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience with vendor compliance programs is preferred.  

Experience in high volume distribution or fulfillment environment preferred Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and AS400 preferred Heres what you need to join the fun:
