Manage and oversee the business intelligence planning, development, maintenance and support operations in order to ensure the highest quality of customer service while maintaining secure and functional data and analytics environments. Develop and continually enhance business intelligence standards; policies and procedures; define services, and leverage selected staff for the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence systems to meet and exceed assigned Key Accountabilities (KAs). This individual will collaborate with the BT leadership team and interact with peers across OPPD business units to ensure alignment with OPPD's objectives and strategic initiatives to strengthen OPPD as an industry leader, employer of choice, and community partner. The role is accountable for the management, successful implementation and realization of assigned tactical and operational plans and objectives.
Build and maintain a competent/capable team of staff in alignment with OPPD's Accountable Management System (AMS) guidelines.
Accountable to develop and implement plans and programs (1-2 years in scope) to achieve OPPD and Business Technology and Building Services (BTBS) strategic objectives and to deliver desired outputs/assigned KAs.
