The Customer Operations Analyst supports the department responsibility for gathering researching, analyzing, interpreting, forecasting and reporting actionable insights from customer operational data for credit and collections, meter reading, billing, and business maintenance for products, programs and services to develop metrics, business processes, and reports to support Customer Operations.
1. Analyze operational data; identify key performance indicators, metrics and benchmarks for Customer Operations.
2. Collect best in class/best practices from an industry perspective by leveraging various benchmarking data sources to analyze industry and customer trends and identify potential opportunities to improve OPPD.
3. Develop and distribute performance reporting as scheduled/defined.
