Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Oversees Omaha Steaks Creative Departments. Oversees and approves copy and artwork for all advertising and marketing efforts. Provides input and leadership to ensure all pieces meet the Omaha Steaks quality standard and brand message.
  • Oversees creation of all new photography, video, art, copy, and all digital to ensure the best possible representation of all products.
  • Maximizes effectiveness of all advertising by providing input and by working closely with sales and marketing. Includes participation at all marketing and creative meetings.
  • Responsible for the coordination and management of all corporate marketing events, including working with the partners and coordinating all efforts internally with all departments involved.
  • Manage the 3rd party package insert program and company list rental, accountable for maximizing sales while ensuring all partners are brand-appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent in Advertising/Management
  • 10 years in marketing and/or advertising field
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Project management skills
  • Event coordination skills
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • High attention to detail, good creative eye
  • Strong project management skills
  • Skilled at vendor relations and negotiation

Schedule Requirements:

  • This is a full-time, day shift position. Please plan to work approximately 40 hours per week.
