Major Job Responsibilities/Job Duties:
  • Responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of applications including: 
  1. system and data analysis, architecture and design
  2. data integration and workflow design
  3. software development, configuration and customization
  • Determines technical system specifications based on project requirements, including input/output requirements, file structure, etc.
  • Manages time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment. 
  • Participates in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identify optimal technical solutions.
  • Understands Agile methodology and instills best practices into the process. 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of software development with emphasis on applications development.
  • Knowledge of web services, ESB, SOA, distributed and interoperability - understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP and REST
  • Hands-on experience with Java, XML, HTTP, JS
  • Experience with RDBMS, SQL 
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team environment while possessing individual accountability.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly assure the quality of completed work.
  • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines for repetitive duties.
Schedule Requirements:
  • This is a full-time position.  Please plan to work approximately 40 hours per week.
