Essential Job Duties include:
Responsible for the supervision of all duties related to the flow rack. This includes monitoring the throwers, flow rack fillers and stockers. Ensures that all slots are filled accurately. Assist personnel when needed. Maintains a clean work area and that all safety guidelines are being followed.
Audits the flow rack on breaks and lunch to ensure it is filled correctly.
Performs other freezer functions when necessary.
Assists with monthly inventory.
May supervise an alternate shift during peak season.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
2-3 years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience preferred. Leadership experience.
Microsoft Office Software and AS400 skills preferred.
Certified in forklift and or power hand jack.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Organized and the ability to prioritize multiple projects using skill judgment.
This is a full-time position. Please plan to work Monday through Friday from 5:30am until finish each day.
