As an Account Manager you will be managing a portfolio of customer accounts and serving as point of contact with assigned accounts for the purpose of selling products, answering questions, and issuing refunds.

Key responsibilities include:
Contacting customer accounts by phone and email for the purpose of selling Omaha Steaks products. Identifies customers needs and provides meal-planning solutions. Introduces customers to new products.
Enters customer orders in system. Collects billing and shipping information.
Updating database of customer information including order history, birthdays, anniversaries and special events.
Coordinates with Customer Care to issue refunds and replacements when necessary. Utilizes service recovery tools and techniques to win back customer confidence.
Necessary qualifications, skills, and abilities:
2-year college degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing.
Previous sales experience with proven sales record.
PC skills including Outlook.
Ability to navigate website.
Accurate keyboarding skills. Ability to type 40 wpm.
Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to work varied hours based on customers requests.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
