We have an immediate opening for a Recruiter to join our hiring team who can make significant contributions to our growing Company. Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Developing recruiting plans to source candidates for internships, non-exempt and exempt positions in consultation with hiring managers
  • Identifying and effectively using appropriate social media and industry specific sites
  • Using Workday recruiting system to identify qualified candidates and partnering with hiring supervisor, manager, and/or department head
  • Conducting phone and initial office interviews and making candidate recommendations
  • Serving as an effective Company representative using excellent customer service skills
  • May develop and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
  • 2+ years related work experience including significant recruiting experience
  • Corporate recruiting experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience using various recruiting sources including social media
  • Experience with applicant tracking system(s)
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Knowledge of Human Resource laws and practices (EEO, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, etc.)
  • Experience with software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization
  • Work with a sense of urgency handling multiple high priorities
  • Basic math through Algebra
