We are a commercial property & casualty insurance company looking to fill entry-level Client Services  positions. We consider a variety of backgrounds and do not require insurance experience. Our on-the-job training provides the right candidate the opportunity to be successful in this position. 

What is Client Services? Client Service is a leading customer care initiative developed for the front lines of our client communication.  Our sole goal is to provide the highest professional service to business partners.  Team members work with our agents, insureds, and claimants to solve their billing, claims, and basic technology needs for various lines of commercial insurance. 
Our Client Service professionals utilize strong communication and customer service skills through  asking questions, assessing problems, and making decisions over the phone and via e-mail with our business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic math
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
