We have immediate openings for the Client Services Specialist position to join a new Client Services team in Denver, Colorado. These are full-time, professional level positions with multiple regular schedules available following the on-the-job training period. The majority of the training will take place in Omaha, Nebraska.
The successful candidate will be trained to assist agents, business partners, and insureds with diverse needs, including billing inquiries, payment processing, basic technical support, and claim status questions. Applicants must be goal driven, like problem solving, have math and technical aptitude, learn quickly and be able to work well under time constraints.
