We have an immediate opening for an IT Service Desk Analyst.  This individual will serve as a business analyst responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing technology work orders ranging from minor repairs/enhancements to major incidents
  • Participating in monitoring systems/network activities, responding to phone calls and alerts, diagnosing problems and notifying appropriate parties as defined by documented procedures
  • Using existing documentation to identify, troubleshoot and repair problems

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field or equivalent
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for IT-related items
  • 2-3 years related work experience

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Windows desktop & server operating systems
  • PC hardware knowledge
  • Department practices and procedures
  • Insurance related background
  • PC communication hardware/software
