First Shift (United States of America)

Athletic Trainer

Position Highlights:

  • Looking for someone who is highly motivated to help develop the athletic training clinical services of our sports medicine program!
  • 75% physician practice/physician office

    25% outreach.

Shift Details:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with some weekends and evenings doing outreach.

Optional (Place below full Job Description)

Provide athletic training services to athletes involved in sporting events in and out of the clinical setting contributing to the recovery and knowledge of injuries.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in athletic training from an accredited college required.
* National Certification by the NATA BOC (National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification).
* Licensed as an athletic trainer for the state of Nebraska.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon completion of unit orientation.
* Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience working as an athletic trainer in a physician practice, office or hospital setting preferred.

* Completion of Orthopaedic Residency Program or BOC Orthopaedic Specialty Certification.
