Collect and maintain data, assist in daily entry of data, perform statistical retrieval and analysis, and provide complex administrative departmental support. May be responsible for compiling regulatory reports for specific agencies, research projects, insurance contracts, as well as State and Federal regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of one year general clerical experience required.
* Experience with personal computers, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet database creation required.
* High school education or equivalent required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and judgment and the ability to work in a team environment required.
* Must possess excellent organizational skills and effective oral and written communication skills required.
* Ability to type 30 WPM with 95% accuracy rating required.
* Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet development required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in healthcare preferred.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred.
* Certification of Microsoft Office product training preferred.
* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
