Biologics Production Facility Coordinator

This Biologics Production Facility Coordinator will coordinate assigned/designated projects performed by the facility for the organization and/or contract entities. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned project(s) and a liaison between the client and technical staff. Continue development of a comprehensive skill set for cGMP and cGTP manufacturing that currently includes, but is not limited to, the areas of cell, gene, and tissue-based therapies. Perform, evaluate, and report clinical laboratory procedures using a wide range and depth of technical and specialized knowledge according to Standard Operating Procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and accreditation standards. Identify, initiate, and perform continuous performance and process improvements of laboratory processes/services to ensure high quality and timely manufacture of products.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of three years successful, progressive experience in clinical laboratory processing and manufacturing required.
* Previous clean room/GMP work experience required.
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or medical laboratory science required.
* Strong technical skills and SOP writing experience required.
* Effective communication skills required.
* Familiarity with PC and laboratory information systems required.
* Theoretical and practical understanding of aseptic and sterile technique required.
* Understanding of principles and methodologies related to cell culture, separation, and preservation required.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated project management skills preferred.
