Nebraska Medicine is seeking a talented individual to join us as an EEG Assistant for full time!

Position Highlights:
Our Comprehensive Epilepsy Program is a nationally recognized epilepsy practice that provides some of the most advanced therapies available in Nebraska and the surrounding areas. We are a designated Level-4 epilepsy center, providing the best care for our patients!


  • Full time, 40 hours/benefits eligible
  • Third Shift, 11:00PM - 7:30AM.

The EEG assistant provides support to the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) of the EEG department and provides direct observation of patients undergoing EEG video recording for continuous electrophysiology of the brain.

Required Qualifications:

  • Six months work experience in a health care environment required.
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with in one month of transfer or hire required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hospital patient monitoring experience preferred.
  • Graduate of a certified nursing associate program preferred.
  • Experience with nursing call system preferred.
