Rad Technologist Trainee
Nebraska Medicine is now taking applications for a talented individual to join us as a Rad Technologist Trainee. This role will be great for someone that has a passion for radiology and great customer service for our patients we serve. This specific position will work from the main medical campus in Omaha, NE.

Provide expert diagnostic imaging and patient care to assure a high level of quality care and service to patients, physicians and customers in and outside the Radiology Department. This diagnostic imaging must be performed under the direction of a Radiologist Technologist.
Minimum of three months clinical rotation experience in the X-ray department at NMC required.
Second year student in UNMC Radiology program or Clarkson College Radiology program required.
Currently enrolled as a Senior student in the University or Clarkson Radiography Programs; Must possess a temporary license from the State of Nebraska
Be able to manage patients in a hospital situation preferred.
Ability to manage and interact with patients and families of all age groups preferred.
Proficient knowledge of multi-dimensional medical imaging systems, Vacuum pumps, Oxygen bottles, Patient transportation devices, Film processors and Radiology Information System preferred.
