The ideal candidate will have a current Phlebotomy Certification (PBT) via ASCP and direct patient experience. However, if one does not have the certification, but has a high desire to be in this medical field, we will train you. The current position is Full Time (0.5 FTE) working Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM plus occasional Saturday mornings.

The Phlebotomist is responsible for collection and transportation of patient specimens for clinical laboratory testing adhering to department identification policies. One will perform, evaluate, and report patient specimens using point-of-care instrumentation. The successful candidate will demonstrate behavioral skills that contribute to a productive work environment, represent the lab in a professional manner, and provide excellent customer service. One may process and distribute patient specimen for clinical laboratory testing.
