Leads Mutual of Omaha's 401k operational team. Develops and administers a best-in-class customer experience for employers, employees, and business partners to support profitable growth.


  • Responsible for leading Mutual of Omahas 401k operational functions including execution of all product service tasks with adherence to legal and compliance requirements.
  • Establishes service standards for operational team and outside service providers. Ensures standards align to client expectations and corporate best practices ,and are continuously adhered to.
  • Responsible for ensuring operationally efficient processes, including evaluation of vendor solutions, internal system functional and ongoing process enhancements.
  • Maintains current knowledge of the regulatory environment, innovations in technology, and service upgrades to enable an excellent client experience.
  • Investigates and partners to resolve any customer issues and operating problems that occur in or between third parties or internal departments. Seeks long term solutions and evaluates innovative approaches.
  • Establishes strong partnership between key stakeholders and service teams to support product line business objectives.
  • Staffs, leads, and manages an engaged and accountable workforce.

  • Thorough knowledge of 401k product, services, regulations, and broader retirement services industry.
