We are currently seeking candidates for temporary roles in our Medicare Supplement Underwriting Support department. Were looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy digging into the details. These roles require frequent communication with customers via phone and email.

Training classes begin in August and will last until late 2020/early 2021.


  • We are hiring seasonal staff on the following teams:

    • Customer Interview Team
      • Place outbound calls to current customers to verify medication and conditions, insurance information and previous coverage/claims.
      • Answer inbound calls from customers that are returning previous phone calls.
      • Read/speak directly from a script.
      • Navigate through 2-4 computer systems.
    • Underwriting Support Team
      • Review Medicare Supplement underwritten applications and pull cases from a queue.
      • Place outbound calls to collect health information from customers.
      • Answer inbound calls from customers that are returning previous phone calls.
      • Use business knowledge to determine the specific questions that are asked, as well determine a customers eligibility.
      • Navigate through 3-6 computer systems.
    • These roles will onboard, train and work remotely from home.


  • Previous customer service experience and ability to create and build relationships with customers.

  • Experience utilizing word-processing programs and email.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; uses sound judgment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadline requirements and be flexible to meet changing customer needs.

  • Ability to demonstrates learning agility in key job functions, takes end to end ownership of assigned work load.

  • Must have access to high-speed internet (40MBPS or higher) and personal phone to conduct customer calls.

  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance in adherence to department and company attendance expectations.


  • Rate of $16 -$18 per hour
