Essential Job Functions
Provide high level administrative support to Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) president to include but not limited to:
The preparation and editing of confidential correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Arranging and coordinating executive level and board meetings, appointments and travel in accordance with president's goals and priorities.
Recording, distributing and maintaining board meeting and other meeting minutes.
Answering and managing incoming calls, managing president's e-mail and calendar.
Receiving and interacting with executives and stakeholders, external clients, donors, vendors and the public.
Other administrative duties as identified or required.
Undertake confidential and proprietary projects that may include conducting secondary research using the internet and other methods, developing spreadsheets for analysis, managing and monitoring projects, and developing reports as requested by the president to support college initiatives, planning, and other organizational endeavors.
Oversee and manage college-wide information used for external communications and as identified by president's office to include but not limited to:
College academic calendar.
Board member updates.
Historical/chronological college milestones.
Administration website updates.
Other public information as assigned.
Works with chief compliance officer on contracts and other compliance and accreditation documents.
Provide administrative support to Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) vice presidents as needed to include but not limited to:
Participates in mandatory and continuing education as mandated by policies, procedures, and directed by the supervisor.
Perform all other administrative and supervisory duties as required or assigned by college president.
