  • Purpose of Job
    • Responsible for the overall delivery and operational performance of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) account and education services.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
      • Master's Degree in business administration, education, behavioral health or other related field.

    • Experience
      • Three to five years of business, education or behavioral health supervision or management experience required.

    • License/Certifications
      • Valid driver's license and submission to a DMV screen required.

    • Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
      • Knowledge of business management, including sales and marketing, customer service and retention and new business development required.
      • Knowledge of adult education theories and processes, and the human services field in the areas of mental and physical health required.

  • Essential Job Functions

    • Responsible for the overall delivery and operational performance of EAP account and education services.

    • Develops and implements annual EAP account services plan to ensure success of EAP business, including marketing/sales, customer service and retention, and new business development.

    • Serves as the account/education services representative on the EAP management team that is responsible for the overall success of the EAP program.

    • Ensures annual report or business meetings are held to deliver information, obtain feedback on programs and develop plans for the ongoing provision of program services.

    • Ensures positive, professional relations with all customer companies, organizations and clients.

    • Plans, coordinates and ensures delivery of all department services in accordance with legal, contract or program requirements.

    • Hires, orients and trains, and supervises account coordinators and education consultants, and any other staff as necessary for the provision of account and education services.

    • Ensures timely and satisfactory provision of training and consultation services by department staff.

    • Accountable for department and program compliance with EAP revenue and expense budget requirements.

    • Participates as a collaborative member of NMHS organization and management teams as assigned.

    • Responsible for program and staff compliance with pertinent NMHS and program policies and procedures.

    • Responsible for the development and maintenance of EAP web site and web based/online education services.

    • Attend in-services and/or education programs as mandated by NMHS policies and procedures, external agencies or as directed by management.

    • Understands and adheres to the mission, vision, core values, Employee Standards of Behavior and company policies/procedures of NMHS and Best Care EAP.

    • Completes other duties as assigned.
