All patients to have an updated care plan and revised every 12 hours.
Making sure all patients Quality Measures are completed before leaving for the day.
Current dates on all IV sites and tubing.
Responsible to know what to do in the event of a Code Adam, Code blue, External/Internal disaster etc., Aware of emergency policies and your role (Plain language) for these emergency's (attached).
Responsive immediately to all call lights and alarms on the unit.
Keeping our patients safe at all times, bed checks/bed alarms etc..
To be fully engaged and desire to deliver exceptional care at all times and consistently.
Follow minimum charting standards expected of all RN's on the unit (attached).
Anticipate care needs and deliver promptly.

Chemotherapy and Biotherapy/BLS course every two years.
Aware of PRC data (HCAHPS). These are standards by which many hospitals are evaluated and compared against each other regarding patient experience.
Chemotherapy competency Heartland Oncology.
Charge RN classes as offered, if applicable.

Monitor and supervise daily that all patient cares have been performed by CNA.
