You need is to be Spanish speaking and have an Associate’s degree but we prefer a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of full-time related work experience in a customer service environment, preferably with one (1) year of call center experience in higher education.
If this isn’t exactly you, no worries. We look at an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience to see if you have what we need.

The minimum hourly rate for this position is $19.94 with annual increases.
