This position engages patrons of the Do Space to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services, programming and services provided. Assists with the set up and tear down for a variety of events and makes certain the necessary supplies are on hand and organized.
High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 6 months of full-time experience in customer service or technology focused employment. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience considered. Hiring process includes a background check.
