The Trainer oversees and maintains the CAT® Simulator and construction trailer. The position assists UNL and MCC students and potential students while operating the different simulators. The Trainer works with industry partners for potential training opportunities and job opportunities for students interested in the heavy civil industry.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree plus six years of full-time related CAT® heavy equipment and/or construction experience required. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience including part time considered. A valid driver’s license and insurability to drive College vehicles is required. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred. Part time hours are 25-28 hours per week and may include evenings and weekends hours. This position is SPECIAL FUNDED until 12/21/2020. Hiring process includes a background check.
