Assists high school students in gaining a better understanding of computer science course content, and help develop learning skills to enhance the students’ academic experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required. Prefer one year experience teaching or tutoring. Knowledge of learning assistance techniques and high school learners’ educational needs preferred. Ability to work with a diverse student population highly recommended. Tutoring runs Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. at Omaha Northwest High School. Hiring process includes a background check. This is Special Funding until 10/30/19.
