Job Description

Provides administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Compliance & General Counsel and others in the President’s office. Greets guests; manages mail, calendar and room scheduling; processes paperwork for signature, payment and travel; processes correspondence and documents; assists with and maintains files and archives; updates assigned webpages; conducts internet and other research as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma/or GED required. Previous experience in an office environment and/or customer service experience required. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite and strong communications skills required. Ability to work independently and confidentially with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Part time temporary flexible hours are 20 hours per week Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Hiring process includes a background check. For more information call, 531-622-2203.
