Assists pre-college veterans in gaining a better understanding of math, reading, and English/writing, remediation and helps develop learning skills to prepare student for postsecondary entry.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of an Associate's Degree in progress or completed, with overall cumulative GPA of 3.25 or better, and received a "B" or better in math, and/or reading and/or English. Prefer one year experience teaching or tutoring. Knowledge of learning assistance techniques and high school learners’ educational needs preferred.
