Job Description

The Financial Aid Clerk provides efficient and effective support for the day-to-day operations of the Financial Aid & Veteran Services Office, including clerical duties, maintaining financial aid files and forms, and assisting prospective and current students with questions about financial aid applications and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school/GED plus one year experience work related experience required.  Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience including part time considered. Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred. Experience with Ellucian Colleague software preferred. Hiring process includes a background check. NOTE: College degrees obtained outside the U.S. accepted only when interpreted by transcript service members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
