Provides ongoing, individualized student support services designed to help students persist and successfully complete their short term certificate training goals. Responsible for student recruitment and enrollment into multiple short term certificate programs. Continually assess students’ progress, implement helpful interventions as necessary, and track overall Gap program outcomes. Provides career guidance and career skills education through one on one appointments with program participants.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree plus three full time work related experience recruiting, advising, coaching, case-management and/or counseling, preferably in higher education required. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience including part time considered. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Part time temporary flexible hours are 20 hours/week.
